Year 9 – Business Studies Trip
Year 9 students from Coppice School recently enjoyed a fantastic educational outing to Bentley Bridge Retail Park as part of their Business Studies curriculum. The trip was designed to give students hands-on experience in conducting market research, a key component of their course.
During the visit, students explored a variety of retail environments, observing customer behaviour, product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional techniques. They engaged with real-world examples of business concepts they’ve been learning in class, helping to deepen their understanding of how businesses operate in competitive retail settings.
The trip also encouraged teamwork and communication, as students worked together to gather data and discuss their findings. Their enthusiasm and curiosity were evident throughout the day, and they represented the school brilliantly.
👏 Well done, Year 9! Your hard work and engagement made this a valuable and enjoyable learning experience.
